Every 2nd Thursday, we kick things off with an hour of relaxed, open networking at the Sunshine Event Center in Springfield. Half-price drinks, light food, and real conversations about real estate. No pressure, no agenda — just people who love this market.
After Happy Hour, those who want to go deeper stay for our monthly meeting — a structured evening of panel discussions, deal presentations, and audience Q&A. This is where knowledge gets shared and deals get made.
Staying for the meeting is encouraged, but never required.
